Returning Customers

If you are a previous School Aids customer and this is your first time to our new website, you will need to recreate your user profile. After you click on Sign In, just click on the Recreate User Profile link below the Log in button. 

Free Freight Over $98 Plus Same Day Shipping*

We not only will ship your order received by 1:00 pm CST the same day, but we will ship it freight free if you order $98 of stock merchandise shipping to a single location within the 48 contiguous states.  Orders for stock merchandise not reaching the free freight minimum will be charged $10. We’re sorry we cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes or A.P.O. addresses. Shipping times may vary during high-volume seasons. 

Factory direct shipments may take longer to ship. Please allow 2 - 6 weeks for delivery. Because these items are heavier the cost to ship them is higher. These items, signified with a  Red Blue , or Black Truck icon. Example: https://www.teacherdirect.com/web/image/1043300/truck.PNG   are excluded from the free freight offer and are not includable in the order total to achieve free freight. These shipments will incur a 15% freight charge based on the item’s selling price. Minimum $12 if signified with a  Red  truck , a minimum $58 if signified with a  Blue   truck, minimum $98 if signified with a Black truckICC ruling requires a contact name and telephone number should the transportation company need to contact someone about delivery to your location. Truck delivery is tailgate delivery only and inside delivery will require an additional charge.

New Accounts and Credit Policies

Our terms are Net 30 Days for schools, head starts, governmental agencies, and businesses with previously approved credit. An official purchase order signed by an authorized person must accompany your order. To establish credit please contact:

Individuals may order using a check, money order, or credit card.

Payment Options

We accept checks, money orders, VISA, MasterCard, or American Express. If using a credit card, please provide the card number, expiration date, and the cardholder's name exactly as it appears on the credit card. We are pleased to accept authorized Purchase Orders from schools, head starts, governmental agencies, and businesses with previously approved credit. We also accept electronic purchase orders. Tax Exempt Institutions

Tax exempt institutions must supply a copy of their Tax Exemption Certificate prior to ordering. Subsequent orders should include your Tax Exempt Number listed on the certificate.

Need Additional Catalogs

Additional catalogs may be obtained via phone, fax, mail, or internet. Please provide the teachers' names and the total number of catalogs needed. Requests should go to the following:

Location and Operating Hours

Our operating hours are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm CST, Monday through Friday. You may contact us any time during these hours at 1-888-923-0294. You may also order 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by fax at 1-888-200-2166 or on the web at www.schoolaids.com.

Our operating hours for our retail locations are 10:00 am to 5:00 pm local time, Monday-Saturday.  We are closed every Sunday.

Returns or Damaged Merchandise

If you are not completely satisfied with your merchandise we will be happy to take it back, and replace it or issue you a refund within 24 hours of receiving the return. Please contact us at 1-888-923-0294 for a Return Authorization (RA) number. We must receive your request within 30 days of purchase of any drop ship item.
