Free Freight Over $98 Plus Quick Shipping
Orders received by 2:00 pm CST will ship the following day. Free freight on orders $98 of stock merchandise (Dropship items Excluded), shipping to a single location within the 48 contiguous states. Freight is $8.00 on orders of stock merchandise below $98. We're sorry we cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes or A.P.O. addresses.
Truck shipments may take longer to ship. Please allow 2 - 6 weeks for delivery. Because these items are heavier the cost to ship them is higher. These items, designated with the Red Dropship Freight amount are excluded from the free freight offer and are not includable in the order total to achieve free freight. ICC ruling requires a contact name and telephone number should the transportation company need to contact someone about delivery to your location. Truck delivery is tailgate delivery only and inside delivery will require an additional charge.

Our terms are Net 30 Days for schools, head starts, governmental agencies, and businesses with previously approved credit. An official purchase order signed by an authorized person must accompany your order. Individuals may order using a check, money order, or credit card.
We accept checks, money orders, VISA, MasterCard, or American Express. If using a credit card, please provide the card number, expiration date, and the cardholder's name exactly as it appears on the credit card. We are pleased to accept authorized Purchase Orders from schools, head starts, governmental agencies, and businesses with previously approved credit. We also accept electronic purchase orders. Tax Exempt Institutions
Tax exempt institutions must supply a copy of their Tax Exemption Certificate prior to ordering. Subsequent orders should include your Tax Exempt Number listed on the certificate.
Need Additional Catalogs
Additional catalogs may be obtained via phone, fax, mail, or internet. Please provide the teachers' names and the total number of catalogs needed. Requests should go to the following:School Aids

Location and Operating Hours
Our operating hours are 9:00 am to 6:00 pm CST, Monday through Friday. You may contact us any time during these hours at 1-888-923-0294. You may also order 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by fax at 1-888-200-2166 or on the web at www.schoolaids.com.

Returns or Damaged Merchandise
If you are not completely satisfied with your merchandise we will be happy to take it back, and replace it or issue you a refund within 24 hours of receiving the return. Please contact us at 1-888-923-0294 for a Return Authorization (RA) number. We must receive your request within 30 days of purchase of any drop ship item.
